The menu says "Ask about Gluten Free" and when you do they'll give you a ageneral idea about what on the menu is gluten free (for the sushi, it's most of things without tempura and imitation crab) and then they'll let you choose what you'd be interested in. They can then tell you out of the things you've chosen what is gluten free and what isn't (and if they can make any substitutions). They also will bring out gluten free say sauce for you! The waitress was really knowledge, and clearly communicated to the chef's that the food was gf.
