Review of Bamboozle Heights

Menu has GF and Vegan items marked but buyer beware. Definitely not safe for Celiacs. Watched food being made. Employees not properly trained. Employee making Banh mi (sandwich) cut bread over “gluten free” rice paper spring roll while spring rolls were being made. He later cut a bread roll over the bowl of water used to dip the rice paper for the spring rolls. Not safe, will not eat at Bamboozle unless they make major changes in staff training.
