Review of Bambuda Bocas Town

Horrible place! Don’t go here! Even if one of the main dishes were marked as gluten-free, it turned out not to be gluten-free, as they replaced the rice with couscous. After my complain, they said that I couldn’t expect to get rice, as the island is small and they don’t always have rice available… they could have informed me about this, before I ordered and paid for my dish. They did not take my allergy seriously at all. The staff is also very rude and don’t pay attention to you. I asked for my money back, as I couldn’t eat the food they gave me, and first they didn’t wanted to give me the money back, but after talking to the manager I got it in the end… just a very uncomfortable situation for me.
