Review of Bambuza Vietnamese

Staff has no idea what gluten free is. I ordered the beef pho over the phone and the lady had to check the menu to see if it was GF. Ok, that's no big deal. When I picked up my food, the girl at the counter was completely clueless. Their menu clearly states that all their sauces are made in house, yet when I asked about the hoisin sauce, she said they don't make it there and had no idea what was in it. I didn't risk it with the sauce. I still felt the effects even though the actual pho is GF, I'm sure they could care less about CC. I saw the staff making a sandwich (bahn mi) and then grabbing another item that was labeled GF with the same gloves. The only thing that was decent is the broth flavor, although it was hardly authentic. The lean steak was much tougher than other pho places. I found a hair in my soup too. Needless to say I won't be back to this location. Might give lake Oswego a try.
