Very good pho for an airport. The person taking our order did not know very much of what was gluten free but she did go back and ask the chef and he told her. I had the ribeye pho and it was great!
One more great review. The pho was not just "GF good" but actual "GOOD". Totally improved my day to enjoy this meal. Seems they actually have a rice bowl with tofu that's GF also, if you don't want to order the pho.

Had the chicken pho and it was good and safe! I wanted the spring rolls but there is no sauce so passed on those.
Super sensitive celiac and have eaten here many times. I’ve never gotten sick. GF labeled on the menu. Sometimes the noodles are overcooked but the broth in the pho is delicious.
Flew thru SEATAC twice on a trip. This was the safest place we could find. Had chicken pho, fresh rolls, and Thai tea both times. The pho was big enough to share between two people. Their peanut sauce is NOT gluten free.

Excellent beef pho! Hoisin sauce came in it’s own packet. The shrimp salad rolls are also gf and looked amazing and are in the grab case. Would definitely have the pho again.
Was told there is hoisen and soy in all rice bowls . Beef pho said was safe.
Outstanding beef pho. Everything came in its own packet, including the hoisin. no issues after eating. no inflammation. highly recommend.
Delicious. The “grill bowls” and pho are GF—no soy sauce or wheat ingredients. Also offer yogurt. oatmeal (questionable), and bobba tea. Expect a long line but quick service. (N Terminal)
Both chicken and beef phos are gf. They also changed their gloves for me. Seems to be a pretty safe bet.

Got the beef pho, really great! No reaction/stomach issues. Heard the chicken pho is safe also.
I had the chicken pho and it was delicious! All the add-ons came on a separate bag and the hoisin sauce was in a packet so I felt safe.
Chicken pho is great! Wanted beef but they were out. Not sure if anything else is GF outside of pho
