Review of Ban Thai & Sushi Restaurant

Outstanding ... We called to hear the selections that may be gluten Free..They explain that .they only cook with Corn starch, Have and cook with Gluten Free Soy Sauce, will cook the Rice Noodles in seperate pot so no cross contamination. They told all this to me on the phone though I did not ask. When we arrrived, all the questions I had asked on the phone were written down and our server now had them in her hand. We enjoyed a wonderful meal with our famly. If they were not sure of an ingredient (peanuts) they asked us to be very safe. GO GO GO you can eat the Pad Thai, just let them know how you need it cooked they will do what ever you need
