Banana Blossum Thai is a must if you are in St. George! Most entrees can be made GF. I had the drunken noodles. It was not a typical drunken noodles, but it was full of flavor. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten and was able to answer questions I had about gluten free dishes. I am a highly sensitive celiac and did not get sick. My husband ordered the regular fried rice and said it was the best Thai fried rice he has ever had.

They were very nice and knowledgeable regarding cross contamination.
The stir fry was fantastic; the Pra Ram Long Song in particular was delicious!
However, the fried rice, pad thai, and pad kee mao were all rather bland. I do NOT recommend the noodles when prepared as gluten free. It’s like saying you can make a birthday cake dairy free by skipping the step of adding buttercream frosting.
We did not get sick after eating a portion of each dish, so that is a bonus.

The owner assured us that the noodles were specially imported from Thailand and were completely gluten free. He said they use minuscule amounts of soy sauce and it is mainly gluten free soy sauce. The rice and curries were completely gluten free too. everything was so delicious.
