Bandelier National Monument

Great surprise as I was expecting to just have to buy a Snickers bar or something. I told the guy at the counter that I have celiac and he immediately said that anything on the menu can be made gluten-free including some of the desserts. I got the berries salad because I’m not a fan of GF buns. Salad was very good and the regular food that the rest of my family had was reported to be delicious. Good work, Bandeleir!
