The menu had several options that could be made gluten free (senza glutine). The chef/owner spoke to us himself and was very accommodating, and while I did not require it, I know he would go to great lengths to prepare the perfect, safe meal. I had GF breaded Cordon Bleu—positively delicious! I expected mine to come out naked, AKA, breadless, and so was pleasantly surprised when it came out with GF breading. I would totally go here again.
