Contacted them before we went, advised is a general bakery so risk of cross contamination but all measures taken to minimise, seperate preparation area, baking tins lined with new linings, use same oven as gluten products. Some GF pastry shell casings bought in. GF products kept in same display as other products, in one case the GF item touching another non GF item (wouldn't order this one). Seperate tongs used. Picked items that were from top shelf, so less risk of gluten falling from above.
