We went with a very large group ( 20 people) on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm. Service was very very slow but the waiter made note of my gluten allergy and I had mentioned it when I reserved. I had the chicken coconut soup and it was fantastic!! One of the best soups I have ever had. I also ordered the satay with peanut sauce. It was not hot, not sure if it was bc of the large group or it was supposed to be cold. Either way, the peanut sauce was delicious and the meat was tasty but a bit dry. I ordered a martini which was just ok. Some if my friends loved their dishes, some didn’t. 2 people got their meals about 20 minutes after everyone else. I did not have any reaction at all and I really enjoyed my meal. I was very happy and would go again next time I am in Toronto.
I'm a ultra-sensitive celiac and have eaten here a dozen times with no issues (both dining in and take-out). They have a clearly marked gluten free menu with a ton of options. As always, let them know about your celiac/allergy anyway, as they have good cross contamination procedures. Food is delicious and safe.
