Would absolutely go again, but disclaimer:
I can’t speak to the cross contamination, and I’m only gluten sensitive so things like fries in a common fryer are not an issue for me, I’m not super sensitive.
The staff was incredible, we went in and asked if they had a GF menu, and they told us they could make pretty much anything gluten free. And they followed up on that! I got the Woon Sen, it was frankly a culinary masterpiece. The chef even came out and asked if the veggies in the dish were ok for me, and overall it was an amazing experience. Would 100 percent recommend.
