I can't say what cross contamination measures are in place. There are menu items marked as always GF and some menu items then are gluten free on request.
Very helpful server, extremely delicious food.
The rice noodles I had reminded me of spaghetti and had a bit more substance than vermicelli or other rice noodles I've had.
