Review of Bánh Mi

Went in and the menu is not marked with gluten free but waitress pointed out what was gluten free. So said things with rice or rice noodles were gluten free. However near the end of finishing my meal found an egg noodle in the bottom of my plate( which contain gluten) so was left feeling extremely unwell.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
