Review of Banh Shop

The menu just says some things can be gf so you’ll need to ask the staff but right now all their signature bowls can be made gf as there is a separate gf sauce and they’ll use separate utensils. They also said they don’t marinate or fry the tofu (the place no longer has a fryer) so that’s a safe protein to add. I got the pad Thai.

(2021 update: the manager knows what is gluten free and they have Gf soy sauce and cooked the chicken fried rice in a separate bowl)
