Review of Banh Shop

This is Banh Shop in Terminal C by the McDonald’s. It’s part of a chain with several DFW locations. I had the pad Thai, and it was pretty good, though the portion was a bit small and the price of adding protein was outrageous ($4.50 for tofu, and it only goes up from there). If you specify gf, they clean the wok before cooking your dish. They also have a to-go counter with gf sushi and spring rolls, which I didn’t try. All in all, it felt pretty safe and I didn’t get sick.
