I've eaten at Banjara dozens of times over the years (as a super sensitive celiac) and have never gotten sick. They lack a gf menu or dedicated fryer, but staff are very knowledgeable of gluten free and are super helpful at helping you find suitable options. Nearly all of their curries are gluten free, with exception for their paneer, which is is deep-fried so it's unsuitable for celiacs due to cross contamination.I always feel very safe eating here, both dining in and take-out.
