I saw no visible evidence of flour. The biscuits were at the end of the line, separate from the gluten free items. The lady was very confident that she understood the allergy and cross contamination. She acted offended when I questioned if she had touched bread with her gloves and insisted she would never get someone sick. I had breaded chicken tenders, roasted potatoes, and yams. The mac and cheese looked dried out so I passed on that one. Food was good.
