The red curry chicken rice bowl is completely gluten free. The cashier was very helpful in explaining why the bowl was safe and made sure that gloves were changed when preparing it. He even let me know that the garlic sauce wasn’t dairy free. It may be their only gluten free option but considering it’s located in a food court setting (Urbanspace) which is usually hard to find something safe to eat in, I’m very happy with the meal. It was delicious and I made sure I went back before my trip was over!
