Waiters are extremely knowledgeable and very strict with what they’ll let you order once you say you’re celiac. They only want to serve you from their separate dedicated kitchen, and warn you it will take longer due to precautions. So limited options, but very safe! I got a salad, which normally you’d think was boring, but it was seriously so good and so well done. I’d happily order it again. Also, per my husband, they have the best espresso he’s ever had, and he’s picky!! Also, gorgeous view of the lake from both their outdoor seating and indoor seating.
This place is absolutely stunning. Right on the water of Lake Como. We watched fish, ducks and swans swim by at dinner. The owner of the restaurant is very helpful and courteous. Delicious cocktails and wine. While there is not a lot of the menu to choose from I felt very safe. He would not let me order anything from the shared kitchen only the gluten free kitchen area. I had a delicious beef tartare salad and the bolognese with spiral pasta and it was delicious. Very close to the ferry!
