This place was very good about gluten allergy/celiac. They hand you an allergy menu along with the regular menu, so you can make informed choices. They have a separate fryer for fries. They are extra careful when preparing your food. The restaurant is right across the path from a Premier Inn, so we ate here multiple times. Even though breakfast was a buffet, I was able to order my hot food from the kitchen.
