Absolutely not. I ordered the salad with brisket and there were bits of chicken in it. The chicken contains wheat. Hygiene standards in general were really bad - I don’t think I’d recommend this place to *anyone*, especially anyone with an allergy/intolerance/Celiac.

Staff was very helpful discussing the GF options. The chicken is cooked in a sauce that contains gluten, but the other meats are all GF. Fried items are in a shared fryer so avoid if you can’t do cross contamination. I ordered a salad with brisket, ranch was listed as GF. It was just okay (it’s airport food after all), but most importantly had no issues. The salad was standard iceberg but the brisket was tasty.
