TLDR: have GF pizza but high contamination risk

I (mild celiacs) recently visited Bar Bella with my husband. The staff and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. After the staff assured us of their gluten-free pizza option, we ordered 2 GF pizzas.

Although the gluten-free crusts started off safely packaged, they were cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas, raising some concerns about cross-contamination. The preparation area was also visibly flour-covered, which is a big red flag for those with gluten sensitivity. However, despite these observations, I did not experience any ill effects post-meal.

The pizzas and cocktails were delicious. The staff's friendly and attentive service further enhanced our visit.

In retrospect, we should have inquired more about their handling of gluten-free orders.
