Explained that I had coeliac disease to a waitress, who informed management and the kitchen. However it wasn’t until the food had arrived did another member of staff confirm my Coeliac disease and explain that 70% of the ‘gluten free’ food we had ordered was cooked in the same fryers as gluten. They apologised but didn’t offer any substitutes or money off. The food I could eat was delicious, however knowing the staff aren’t fully equipped or trained isn’t very comforting. **All in all a lot of the food labelled as gluten free isn’t actually gluten free and would only be suitable to those with an intolerance, if that!**
