Bar La Fête was positively lovely. We made reservations ahead of time and denoted celiac, as well as called ahead to confirm and have them walk us through the menu. The menu changes very often but a lot of things are or can be made gluten free. They had spoken to the chef in advance of our arrival to discuss cross contamination mitigation and our diligent server provided me with a printed menu that was notated for what was or could be modified to be gluten free. I had the cheese plate (I brought my own crackers as they do not have GF crackers) as well as beef tartare and red snapper. It was so tasty. My dining partner is not GF and ate their table bread which they brought out separately from all my food and caringly situated it far from all of the food I was eating. I felt very, very safe eating here as it was clear they were taking every precaution possible! Beyond that, everything was downright scrumptious. I can’t recommend this place enough to fellow celiacs looking for a cozy fine dining experience!
