Very delicious and a good amount of gf options. Their fryer is not dedicated gf though so none of the fried items (including chips) are celiac safe. However, when I went they had just cleaned the fryer and put fresh oil in so they offered to fry me the gf things bc it hasn’t been contaminated yet. I took them up on it and got the chips and plantains which were both delicious! All the other regularly celiac safe dishes were also amazing. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I didn’t get sick. I will definitely be back!

Bar Mercado has clearly labeled gluten free items on the menu, and the server was knowledgeable about ensuring my food was prepared separately to avoid cross contamination. And the food was delicious!

Bar Mercado has items on the menu marked gluten free. There are not many options as the fried food is not gluten free though. The food is also pricey.

Knowledgeable staff but their kitchen throws a lot of flour on unnecessary things and into garnishes. Server was able to help me navigate everything but what is with the flour dependence at a tapas place? Food was ok.
