Bar One and Sushi

Came only for drinks and to check the place out and what a damn vibe this pace is holy moly! Bunch of old timers at the bar having the time of their life! They accommodate gluten free with gluten free soy sauce and the waiter Brian helped me feel very comfortable explaining what can and can’t be made gluten free (he’s a an engineering student at WPI) smart guy. The Mai Thais are wicked strong like fire (love this) and done to perfection. Service is lightning fast and we’ve been checked on 4 times while only getting drinks. Just ordered a sushi roll. We love it. So happy to find this place. Music is great too! Sushi rolls are fantastic got the rising sun for gluten free.
