Symptomatic Celiac
When you book (advanced reservations are necessary). Let them know you will need a celiac safe dinner. When you check-in they’ll provide you with a card indicating such. Once you you arrive at dinner location provide the gluten free card to the host and they’ll point you to the dedicated GF staff who will provide your safe meal.
