Review of Bar Uma

Very nice fun sushi place and Asian fusion. They did not know much about celiac but were very receptive and careful when they learned. Were able to get sushi prepared separately as long as it was raw or seared. Delicious but make sure to explain your needs and they will be careful. The chef checked over and over on ingredients and took it seriously.
