I was apprehensive about eating here but someone in a group mentioned how allergy careful they were and that the owner had celiac . I emailed the restaurant ahead of time and asked about it being celiac safe and here’s the response: We are very proud of our allergen awareness and the strict policies that we have in place for our guests. When you arrive, one of the first questions your server will be is if anyone has any dietary restrictions or allergies. We then have a very thorough process to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. We are able to make most of our dishes gluten free and accommodate many requests. The first time we dined, everything went fine and the meal was great. The second time, I’m quite sure they gave me regular pasta and I was sick for a month. It’s actually been six weeks and I have yet to get back to normal. Now just waiting for my hair to start falling out. Worst reaction I’ve had for in four years

Italian restaurant with more than just pasta- but they DO have gluten free pasta! Very knowledgeable staff and kitchen, able to tailor most menu items to gluten free. Nut free facility, so VERY understanding of food allergies!
