The man changed his gloves and the woman told me the chip and tortillas weren't safe but everything else was safe.

I agree with the previous post of mountainmomma3. If you have celiac do not eat here. We have tried a few times and got very sick. Eventhough the Marque advertises gluten free and the items are.... every ingredient is contaminated with the scoop touching flour tortillas to make burritos.

Do not eat here. Yes, "everything" on the menu is gf, except the obvious flour tortillas & treats. That said, EVERYTIME I've eaten here I've been sick. I really tried to be supportive & help educate a local small business, the owner is not interested in making sure celiacs don't get sick. I know loads of kids (and a couple of adults) who've worked here - super high turnover - they ALL have said the training for kitchen staff is practically nill. Everytime a burrito is prepared, the topping scoop touches the glutenous contaminate. The very cleanliness of the kitchen is awful, according to people who've worked there. If you want this genera food, go to Antunez - right around the corner & an actual chef making your food. Comparable pricing for much higher quality good. And it is all genuinely gf.

Everything is gluten-free except for the flour tortillas and sesame sauce and brownies. However, all the scoops in the food are touching all the flour tortillas and going back into the containers of food so it’s all cross contaminated. I did not take the chance 😬

Amazing!!! They have a reverse gluten free menu. Ie. Everything on the menu is gluten free with the exception of: flour tortillas, green chili, and their desserts. Very polite and knowledgable staff, beautiful atmosphere, no problem changing gloves when asked AND making sure the food is handled with clean gloves all the way down the line!
