Review of Barbarella Bar

I was visiting my sister in Calgary over July long weekend and we decided to give Barbarella a try. Wow! It was excellent!! Our server was Yana, she was so friendly & very honest about what her favs were. She was also very knowledgeable about the dishes & which could be made GF. We shared the crispy calamari (soooo delicious) to start. I had the Penne (tomato arrabbiata stracciatella cheese, basil, olive oil) with shrimp. My sister had the Campanelle (crab, shrimp, yuzu, baby spinach) hers was not GF but can be gluten free. They had some very yummy drinks too! We had tried the Sorento Sunshine, Passion Fruit Spritz, Revival (so refreshing & went down easy), and the Crimson Lion.
