I got glutened, but I was warned so heed my cautionary tale!
The tacos and such are all gluten free. The totopos are not fried in a dedicated frier though. So, if you decide to roll the dice like I did because you want to eat their delicious guacamole and esquites (highly recommend the combo appetizer), be warned that cross contamination from the shared frier may get you.
I’ll be going back, but next time I’m bringing my own chips with me lol (fyi, Cermaks is a couple blocks away and they have gf chips if you want to buy those and bring them with you).
This is a great new spot! Spoke with the owner and they make their own Tortillas (flour and corn), but if you are celiac they have different corn tortillas from a different facility! The chips are gluten free and the tacos are excellent, especially the al pastor!
