Went here for take out with a friend. We spoke with the manager (told him I was celiac which he understood) and he said they could make me GF pasta, but that he wasn’t confident about the pesto being gluten free, and felt most confident with the pomodoro sauce. I understood and was glad he warned me and was attuned to this. He said mine might take a bit longer to prepare due to preparing the food in a separate area and being extra cautious. Got gf spaghetti with the pomodoro - it was yummy and i felt fine!

Great attention, nice place and great food. They seemed to control the cross contamination issue well. However, if you’re celiac, I would recommend saying you need to eat strictly gluten-free and asking them to be extra careful in the kitchen when manipulating foods.
