The food and service was amazing!
wife and son have not had issues when eating at Barberitos. they also use organic veggies.
Yes
They we’re very nice but the food is not safe for people with celiac disease. Cross contamination across the board and staff is not knowledgeable.

They have an allergy listing posted. We had already researched ahead of time, so he knew he could get a bowl. My son told the worker he had a gluten allergy and they worker said ok, but that's it. He had already put on new gloves, but they just reach in to get many of the toppings (e.g., cheese), so there is going to be cross-contact. We probably won't go back, which is disappointing because it's one of my son's favorites.

Amazing experience! Called and talked to the manager ahead of time, and he said I could eat safely, but to make sure I remind them to change gloves. When we arrived 1 1/2 hour later, the manager had left for the day and there was some unclarity. The kind young lady at the counter offered to call the manager to be sure. He asked to speak to me on the phone and went over my options to be sure I was safe. Traveling thru the area but if ever in the area again I would definitely visit here again.

I get the salad or burrito bowl most often. We enjoy being able to go and customize our orders (similar to a Chipotle)

Excellent service, knowledgable concerning gluten free issues. I told the first line person that I was gluten free related to Celiacs and she was able to make suggestions and was aware of what gluten free items that were available. Very pleasant; started my order and handled it all the way through the preparation process. Highly recommend!
