Review of Barb's Fryworks

Gluten Free French Fry Heaven at Barbs Fry Works! They are in the Hudson Valley Food Hall in Beacon. The only thing that contains gluten is the Malt Vinegar and it's in a separate bottle. We shared "Its all Gravy Baby" (smashed baby potatoes, kielbasa and sausage gravy) and "My Eye on some Fries" (rib eye on shoestring fries with a plank potato and bacon). They were both amazing and gluten free!! The oil used is canola but if you request it (no additional charge) they will use beef tallow to cook your fries in - they are awesome!! We will be back!
