The menu outside and above the counter was clearly marked with gluten free options. However, the staff advised me to check the allergen menu using a QR code. This would have been a great idea if the allergen menu made any sense! It marked each item with what appeared to be hearts, there was no filter and no key code for what it meant so it was a waste of time and quite stressful if you are in a queue of people. However, the staff were great and the person serving changed their gloves when I mentioned no gluten to avoid cross contamination. It is a subway style set up where you select what you want to eat in your burrito - I was able to use a bowl as I couldn't have a burrito. Each item had its own spoon to avoid cross contamination also. The food was delicious and I would be confident of eating here again.
