I’ve gone several times now to barBURRITO and I am very impressed with the knowledgeable staff. Each time I express that I am celiac, they are very thorough and intentional with how they prepare my meal. They use new gloves after washing there hands, press my gluten free tortilla in between parchment paper, and have a list of all the sauces and toppings that are gluten free. I feel relieved and so grateful to have such a positive and smooth experience at a restaurant. The bowls and burritos are both delicious and a good value for the price!

Missing items and definitely cross contaminated. I order from the Sunridge location all the time and never had an issue. First time ordering this location and I have pain 2 hour after eating.

We have been to Chipoltle in the USA many times and felt very safe eating their bowls and nacho chips.
At this restaurant in Vaughan, there were only spoons used for the meats so that meant that the gloved hand touched the burritos then touched every single veggie option. Major cross contamination issues. Did not eat there as evidently not safe. Was disappointed as changing a few things could make their restaurant a safe space.

The women are fabulous and know the hand washing glove changing safety drill. The men have recently started and are taking wonderful care in learning. Very attentive in safety practices. One of the gentleman said to me he understands it costs more as well so he wants put in the extra care for our meals in that we feel safe to eat it. The effort is there. So many times you go out to eat and you have a negative experience. I’ll never not eat here! Love this place

They offer a gluten free tortilla for quesadillas. Asked if it was gluten free by preference or cant have cross contamination. They carefully grilled my daughter’s quesadilla in between sheets of parchment paper so it wouldn’t touch the press. They were very careful and changed gloves often!
