This was my first time eating out since being diagnosed celiac and I have to say it was a nice experience. They were very safe and careful not to cross contaminate and invited me to watch them to make myself feel better. It was delicious as well !
They have good GF tortillas and use parchment paper when grilling. Very knowledgeable of cross contamination. They changed gloves and used a clean cutter for my quesadilla.

The gluten free burritos and quesadillas are so good and I’ve never got sick from them, I order from here a lot!
Staff changed their gloves and used a fresh parchment sheet for frying my gluten friendly burrito. However, with the gluten friendly quesadilla, they cut it with a cutter that wasn't cleaned between gluten containing products, introducing cross-contamination there. So, yay for the burritos, nay for the quesadilla.
They took the time to put my gf wrap between paper to warm it. It was great!
I was happy that the staff changed their gloves frequently and wiped down surfaces frequently. They also made sure to make our GF burritos separate and before the non GF items. They seemed to know what they were doing!
