Waiter immediately went to talk to the manager, who went to talk the chef, when I mentioned my allergies. They marked up the menu noting everything I could eat and if any modifications were needed and asked about my toleration of cross contamination. When I said I was sensitive they said they could use a separate fryer for some of the items. Food was super delicious (chorizo, octopus especially) and the atmosphere is fun (but loud). Will definitely go back.
