It you want a next-level culinary experience…look no further. Bardea Steak is a place you go to enjoy the best of steak (naturally GF), different cuts of meat and different types of cattle. There are many sides that are GF and the staff are very knowledgeable about the contents of each dish and how they are prepared. They also serve lovely craft cocktails in addition to wine. I have no concern about their attention to detail when it comes to Celiac or a gluten allergy. We had such a wonderfully mind-blowing culinary experience and our server (Jose) explained the menu as if it were a novel using a mixture of sensory words, history, and science…so incredibly fascinating.
