Unfortunately after a second visit, I need to change my review. Original below. I visited today for the second time to find their fryer was “not dedicated gluten free today”. Apparently it changes day to day. The server also advised that even on dedicated fryer days (which seems to be inconsistent) they have lots of flour floating around in the kitchen as they make about 300 hand made pizzas a day. He said “anything could get in the fryer”. I won’t be going here anymore and I don’t recommend it for celiac customers.
Original:
The restaurant has changed its name to Bardo.
I went here yesterday for the first time. They have a dedicated fryer and I don’t feel sick today. The server seemed to be well informed and took my questions back to the kitchen. I would go here again.

Their menu is so well labelled to indicate GF, DF, V, and Contains Pork.
There are a few main dishes that are GF. However the pizza does not appear to had a GF option.
