Review of Bareburger

Our family and friends (a party of 8) went to Bareburger because my youngest who was recently diagnosed with celiac, had been there on a date the week before and loved it. Impressively, the first question our server asked after welcoming us was whether anyone has a food allergy. Burgers were very unique (you could choose one of theirs or build your own), and I had the Blazin' Cattle with beef, pepper jack, fried pickles, spicy fermented slaw, pickled jalapeños, green leaf, sriracha mayo, brioche bun. It was very flavorful. Others had everything from bison to chicken to veggie and were all very pleased. Service was great and place has a cool rustic vibe. My son is a senior at Stevens and that took 10% off the bill which was a very reasonable $133 + tip. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying different burgers! PS - while they can’t guarantee no cross contamination with gluten, my son (and many other Celiac customers I’ve read about on the Find Me Gluten Free app) report no issues with eating at the Hoboken location.
