Update 7.31.19: been going somewhat regularly. Sadly gotten rid of most of the obscure meats which is the allure of the place and reason why I’m ok paying 25-30 for a gourmet burger. Still good though and no issues when I do eat there.
have a menu different than the ones all around the city. sad they got rid of the tapioca rice bun in exchange for the hemp milk bun but still tasty. Also great to have GF bacon at this location as well. brisket is delicious.
was told by the staff not to request to toast bun, since they send it through the same conveyor belt as the other wheat-based buns.
