As I am coeliac and also need to avoid wheat I had a senior waitress over to make sure they understood my request … very helpful, brought over the bread packet (Schar) to show me and confirmed it was separately toasted under the grill and not in a toaster. Delicious food - had lamb with rosti (delicious) and chocolate mousse … expensive (like everything in Switzerland!!!) but felt looked after.
Nicer spot in Wengen. No labels but most items can be made GF. They brought out warm GF bread. Multiple dessert options as well.
Most of the menu is gf; one of the waiters has celiac and was very knowledgeable. I had the lamb, which was excellent.

Really good gluten free options, including dessert! I had a lamb saddle with vegetables and Rösti which was delicious. The staff was very nice. They brought us a gluten free appetizer on the house and gluten free bread. Very good choice if in Wengen.
This is a hotel/restaurant but all are welcome to come eat. They said they could do anything on the menu gluten-free. I had the pumpkin burger with gluten-free bun and French fries. They also had bread available. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Definitely expensive and on the fancy end but worth it.
