Barger Grill & Taphouse

I got glutened here. Previous reviewer said it was safe but was not my experience. Very rushed and confused waitstaff, food delivered I did not want that risked cross contamination. A very typical greasy diner that doesn’t seem to be adhering to any rigorous cooking standards. I’d pass here.

The wait staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew what was safe for sensitivity vs celiacs, and took care to alert the cooks to the celiacs. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and my partner got the blue cheese burger. They were both delicious, and so far no stomach issues.
