The chefs and staff went over and above to accommodate my celiac disease and other food allergies. The staff had written a list of my dietary needs before I sat down and confirmed them before starting the meal. All of the food on the tasting menu is very inventive and delicious. I felt very taken care of and I trust the kitchen.

As someone with celiac I can say this fine dining place goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs and those in my party that have other allergies. If you let them know ahead of time, they will make you a custom menu according to your needs. The Gluten Free tasting menu was similar to those with me, with a few tweaks to make sure cross contamination was not an issue. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone assured me that they were aware of my allergy. And the food is absolutely amazing!
