they said they have a gluten free pizza, but they cook it with the exact same oven that they cook other pizza.
We were here for an event. My wheat allergy son requires a gluten free pizza and another member is our party requires dairy free cheese. The server brought out the gluten free and the dairy free pizzas separately before all the regular pizzas, made sure the members of our party with allergy were aware of which pizzas were there, and put them on tables away from the regular pizzas. The gluten-free pizza was pretty good and my son had no allergic reaction.
Explained to the server that I was celiac, ordered a burger without a bun and a side salad. The burger came out on a bun. I sent it back and he returned about a minute later with a bunless burger. I said “Is this the same burger?” He said “I’m not sure.” The manager came and offered to make me something else, but at this point my friends were halfway done with their meal and I had lost all confidence in getting a safe meal.
This review is for the Maryville location.
I couldn't find an online gluten free menu, so I called and was told they had one. Arrived and the menu had plenty of options, including pizza. Upon further questioning, though, the pizza is baked in the same oven. No go. They also listed several appetizers (chips and salsa, hummus subbed with tortilla chips), but come to find out they do not have a dedictated fryer. Sadly I watched everyone in my party have pizza and I stuck to a bunless burger. They did have one cider option.
Love their pizza before I had to switch, but the gluten free attempt at pizza crust is horrible. Will probably not go back.
Delicious gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese! Love this place!
No GF menu and GF flatbread pizza is prepared in gluten pizza area and run through the same oven on the same pans. Not celiac friendly at all. My special order salad was delicious, though I did have to send the first one back because it had bread on the plate.
