Review of Barrett's Baked Goods

My parents got me gluten free red velvet cake for my 40th birthday from this bakery. It was the best gluten-free cake I’ve ever had. It was moist and tender. Proprietor told me to let it sit for two hours before serving as it had been in the refrigerator. They do not use any type of oils or preservatives, Only real butter, sugar, eggs, and milk.
