We have been looking for a gluten-free option out away from downtown Santiago for quite awhile, and this place is great. They don’t have a gluten-free menu, but they have a dedicated fryer and a clear understanding of the requirements of celiacs. The staff is very helpful and happy to explain your options. They even have GF bread available as your choosing your meal and GF dessert options(not every time, but be sure to ask).

We were a little hesitant after reading a partial review of Patio Bellavista. However after consulting with our waiter and the kitchen we had a delightful meal of white wine/cognac braised chicken and adobo glazed baby back ribs. They even had an almond flour brownie on the menu but we couldn’t go for another bite! Such a great al fresco dining vibe with music playing down the square!
